Terms and Conditions of Business — Style That Fits

Please find below a full and detailed list of our terms and conditions. I appreciate that most people want to know what they are signing up to, what costs are involved, and what happens if they need to cancel. I have summarised the answers to these questions below. I can assure you there are no hidden costs — but please read the full terms if you wish.

Abbreviated Terms & Conditions

Wardrobe Re-style

$375 flat fee for a maximum of 4 hours, plus $100 per hour thereafter.

Personal Shopping

$375 flat fee for a maximum of 4 hours — comprising a 2-hour pre-shop completed by me before your arrival, plus 2 hours of styling together. Any additional hours are charged at $100 per hour.

Online Shopping List

$100 per hour.

Online Styling Consultation (Zoom)

$100 per hour.

1. General

  • 1.1Style That Fits offers personal styling and personal shopping services.
  • 1.2Style That Fits is based in Harrington, NSW, Australia.
  • 1.3These terms and conditions are between Style That Fits and the client using our services. The client covenants and agrees to the terms set out herein.

2. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • 2.1Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
  • 2.2By providing your details to Style That Fits, you consent to being informed via email of our latest promotions, fashion events, and style updates.
  • 2.3We respect your privacy and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, other than where necessary to arrange deliveries with stores and boutiques as part of our personal shopping services. Clients are normally present when we arrange delivery of goods.
  • 2.4From time to time, Style That Fits may send information about discounts, promotional offers, and events. If you do not wish to receive this information, please email [email protected] to opt out.
  • 2.5We will never disclose information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission.
  • 2.6All personal client information — including contact details and any information shared during the consultation process — will never be disclosed.

3. Personal Styling & Shopping

  • 3.1Style That Fits reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice. This will not affect confirmed bookings.
  • 3.2All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. We accept payment by cash or direct bank transfer.
  • 3.3All invoices should be paid within 7 days of the invoice receipt date.
  • 3.4Payment for goods purchased and collected by Style That Fits on behalf of a client must be made to Style That Fits within 7 days of the invoice receipt date.
  • 3.5Style That Fits agrees to provide all receipts of purchases to the client as proof that goods have been purchased on their behalf.

4. Extra Costs

  • 4.1If your session runs over the agreed time and we are able to continue (subject to no prior commitments), any additional time will be charged at our standard hourly rate of $100 per hour. This will be agreed with you during the appointment and is payable on the day.

5. Cancellations

  • 5.1You may cancel your Wardrobe Re-style or Personal Shopping appointment for any reason. However, if the service is cancelled with less than 7 days' notice, a cancellation fee of $100 will apply.
  • 5.2In the event of a cancellation, clients will be offered an alternative date to complete their appointment.
